"I hope your club is still around when I am in high school" -Student
"These events are great... it allows kids to learn through building and testing instead of only learning from textbooks which is excellent" -Parent
"My son and I had a great time building rockets, I'm sure my son will want to start model rocketry now" -Parent
We have hosted Aerospace Club events at the Centennial Elementary School annual carnival! We showed off our large scale competition rockets; taught kids how to build amazing stomp rockets; and we culminated the event with an incredible rocket launch!
We have hosted rocketry events at LP Brown Elementary School since 2024. Our events focused on teaching students how to build paper stomp rockets as well as learn how each component of our competition rocket functions. We hope for our events to inspire these students to continue exploring aerospace as they move into middle and high school!
